YAAR Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any charges
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at support@yaar.asia
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled
Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team
- We will guide you through the return process and help you place a new order
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately
- We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items
Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will send the refund to the original purchaser
